1996/97 "Subhas Chandra Bose  CENTENARY"  1897 - 1945

 

Zum 100. Geburtstag Subhas Chandra Bose

 

Radikaler Nationalist. Unter den indischen Kriegsgefangenen in japanischer Hand organisierte der bengalische Kongressführer Subhas Chandra Bose, der sich in Berlin Hitler zur Verfügung gestellt hatte und von diesem per U-Boot nach Japan entsandt worden war, eine indische Nationalarmee. Ihr Versuch, nach Indien vorzudringen, scheiterte schon an der Grenze; Bose selber kam im August 1945 bei einem Flugzeugabsturz ums Leben.

 

Radical nationalist. He cooperated with the German Hitler from Berlin and went to Japan by submarine. He organized with Indian prisoner of war in Japan a national army.

But try of trip to India fail already at the border.

Bose died by a plane crash in August 1945.

Marsch von Indern, vorneweg Gandhi,  Auch als Dandi-March bekannt. Er markiert den Beginn des landesweiten Kampfes gegen die Britische Regierung 1930 mit der „Ungehorsamkeits-Bewegung“.

Gandhi startete den Marsch mit 78 Mitkämpfern am 12.03.1930 in Ahmedabad.

 

The Dandi March marked the beginning of a country-wide Disobedience Movement launched against the British Government in India in 1930. Gandhiji with 78 marchers started on 12th. March 1930 in Ahmedabad.

Zur Erinnerung an das Leben des Philosophen Saint Dnyaneswar, ein großer Marathi-Schreiber.

Marathi ist eine der 13 offiziell anerkannten Sprachen Indiens (in Maharashtra), stammt wahrscheinlich vom Sanskrit ab, wird in Devanagari geschrieben und von mindesten 80 Millionen Menschen als Muttersprache gesprochen.

 

In memory of the life of the philosopher Saint Dnyaneswar, a great Marathi- writer.

Marathi is one of 13 official Indian languages (in Maharashtra). Origin is the Sanskrit, wrote in Devanagari. Over 80 million peoples speaking  it as mothers language.
